It’s enough to take that first, big step of saying to yourself that it’s alright to let go of that habit or routine that’s holding you back. You don’t need to change it. Just recognize that you can and that you want to. Free yourself from constraints you’ve put on yourself and be open to change when you figure out what that is going to be.
